~Easter in my heart ~
When
I was a child, we had some nice traditions in our family,
and painting the eggs was my favorite thing to do at Easter Eve,
and I remember my mom making such beautiful eggs by boling
them with onion skins, yellow and red, tired with sewing thread,
and it made the color of the eggs very lovely, it was not easy to
eat them, because we wanted to save them to enjoy, so
we had a huge bowl with painted eggs during the holiday.
Another
sweet memorie is the Easter eggs that my parents
hide from us children, and on Easter Eve´s morning, we had
to search for our eggs, and you can imagine the happiness
we felt when we found them, filled with candy...

So, I
have brought these traditions with me, to my own children,
and grandchildren, and it is always such a lovely time sitting down
at the kithcen table, painting fantasy colors on the eggs,
and see the look in their faces, searching for the hidden eggs!
