An
old saying which really means something is: Donīt let the sun go down over your anger! To go to bed with anger and anxiety in your body doesnīt give a good nightīs sleep, try to solve problems before the sunset. If you have a lot to do that seems to be very hard for you, try to think just one hour ahead, it makes it easier. Take each task as it comes. Try not to worry about what might happen, the chance is big that if it happens you are too worned out to deal with it, all your strenght is already used for your worries. A lot of people feel a huge pressure to make so many things during their vacations and then get so disappointed not to be able to forfill the plans, get rid of all that and try to have a nice time in your own home environment, things which not cost a lot of money, it gives you strenght when the Winter comes.. Donīt carry around with your old problems in a backpack, drop it and look forward, soon new problems is there to deal with....;) One step at the time... "You shall believe you are as well as anybody else. You shall believe you are as wise as others, - sometimes wiser! You shall know you are as good as anybody else. Sometimes you know more than others. You are not worth more than others, but you are as unique as others. You are adequate for many things. Laugh at yourself and your world, it makes you feel free. You shall believe many cares about you. You shall believe you have something to give to others, and others are giving to you. Why? Because you are needed! You shall belive you are somebody!"
