The olive oil has become more and more popular and common in our
households nowadays and it's good, very good for the health
since the fat in olive oil is much better than butter and
margarine. The countries around The Mediterranean Sea has very
good oil and we have used it now for many years. We buy a little
cheaper oil for cooking and a better one for salads and toppings
on garlic bread, yummy. |

All olive oil we use is Extra Virgin oil, cold
pressed. If you keep it in the refridgerater it becomes a little muddy, don't
worry, just keep it in room temperature for a while and it's soon clear and nice
again.
