pasta~
Take your favorite pasta, boil it al dente, I prefere the thicker sorts.
3-4 egg yolks
2-2― cups of whipped cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Grated peel from a lemon
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon red pesto
(pesto rosso)
A pat of butter
Parsley, preferably the big sort,
but the "ordinary" is okay too.

How to
make the sauce:
Whip the
egg yolks, mix with the parmesan cheese,
lemon peels, lemon juice, the red pesto and the whipped cream.
Mix gentle with a fork, preferebly a wooden fork, it is only to be blended.
Heat the sauce carefully, donīt let it boil.
Poor the mix over the new boiled pasta and stir gently.
Add the butter to the pasta and decorate with the parsley.
And, more parmesan, itīs delicious!
Serve
with a fresh sallad, chopped red onion highlights the taste.
Fresh
